29-A Venture Concept No. 2

Opportunity

My product is a computer adapter that can be used on any type of MacBook depending on the model. The adapter will be built for each specific model of MacBook’s. The adapter will bring various of the ports needed to watch movies, use USB’s, and connect phones. It will include a tuck in chord that allows it some protection against dust and will have a sleek metal case along with a case to place it in after every use. The adapter will be more affordable than other adapters which a higher quality as well. I will be making money by selling this product in the amazon market which attracts a lot of people to buy it once it is Amazon prime certified and sell it on other platforms.

Venture Concept

I believe the reason customers will end up buying my product instead of other adapters and such is because we will provide insurance for the product for up to 30 days after purchase which most companies do not provide. This will prevent mad customers and provide high quality assurance. We put both quality and cost at the same level, meaning that we want the product to be the best adapter possible but at an affordable cost. I believe that it won’t be a difficult decision to switch over because people want a reliable adapter at a cheaper price than the ones offered at other stores. 

Minor Elements

The company’s main resource includes networking and branding the product. This helps the product succeed in the public eye and will help the company’s image. I am very experienced in this field and will help focus on creating the company’s image for its benefit. 

When I think of my next product, I think it might be a portable computer camera that you can attach and hook up anywhere because these are another unmet need that can be fixed. Usually computer cameras are very low quality and so it’ll be cool to create a universal camera that includes many different add-ons to it. 

I would like to create an innovative company very much like Apple but with adapters and other gadgets; not computers. Instead it would be product that would help computers fulfill the customer’s needs while providing extra joy in the add-on gadgets. 

2. 

Even though I did not receive any bad feedback, I still wanted to change my venture concept up a little like expanding my market to places other than amazon. This I believe will help me sell more even though it would be more work. Since it is all a learning experience I believe this will help me in the long run.

All of the feedback I was provided with included compliments and no criticism so I made very minor tweaks to my venture concept. I was very happy many people approved of my concept.
