11A- Idea Napkin No. 1
1. I am an innovator which helps me see things from multiple perspectives and also helps me see what I can make better in everyday life. This is something that I believe is a big factor in business because in order to make a good product, you need to see if it serves a purpose from one or multiple lenses first. I see this business as something that is needed very much for a certain population.
2. I am offering an adapter with various ports that will last longer than buying separate individual adapters that last little to no time. These adapters will be fit for every type of Apple computer and will be more updated to meet the customer’s needs.
3. I am offering my product to people around the world who know apple devices. These adapters will be sold in all electronic stores and online so that people can order it straight to their house without an inconvenience. What all my customers have in common would be the frustration of apple adapters not satisfying their needs.
4. Customers will pay money for this product because it will provide more services than the average separate adapters, plus they will be saving more money buying my adapter because they won’t have the need to buy separate individual ones.
5. What sets my company apart from others is the assurance of a quality product made with the intentions of lasting a long time. These adapters will be made with the mindset of creating something that will last the customers a long time.
When writing these points, I noticed that the points fit hand in hand which makes my idea stronger. It sets a general view of my product/company which helps me organize my end goal for this product. Now I know my products strengths, weaknesses, population aim, and the assets that it brings to the company. These elements help structure and put together my thoughts on the company and product which will help me in the future.
Hey Laura! Great post. In today's digitally driven society, I think this product will be a success. The adapter can be used for so many different products so I think it will have a very large customer base. They will be eager to only have to buy 1 product instead of the multiple they would buy without your product. Overall, the structure of your post was great and easy to follow.
ReplyDeleteHey Laura, I really enjoyed reading this idea napkin about the multiple port adaptor as it relates to so many relevant products. Everything we do nowadays revolves around technology and I am one of those people who gets so frustrated when one end doesn't match up or sometimes some laptops don't even have all the common ports. This would be such a useful tool to just carry around in your backpack.
